In the 24 hours leading up to this morning, 62 other dengue patients were hospitalized, and at least three of them died. As of right now, there have been 281 fatalities, and 62,189 people have contracted dengue this year.
According to a news statement from the Directorate General of Health Services, 23,055 are from outside Dhaka.
61,513 individuals have already received treatment and been discharged. 22,755 of them are from places other than Dhaka. There are currently 395 dengue patients receiving treatment, 192 of whom are from areas outside of Dhaka.
