Five Bangladeshis were killed and two others injured as the car carrying the victims collided with a lorry in Beaufort West, 1,000km off from the capital city of Pretoria on Friday.
The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.
The five hail from Feni while the injured from Gopalganj district, said an official of the foreign ministry’s Africa wing.
