Over 50 vehicles were vandalised by garment workers after a truck killed a security guard of a factory in Chandra area of Gazipur’s Kaliakair upazila on Dhaka-Tangail highway on Sunday morning.
The workers and locals later blocked the highway and set the truck on fire protesting the incident, said said Konabari highway police.
The dead was Azadul Haque, said police.
