Shakib Al Hasan graduated from the American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) and was present at the convocation event on Sunday in the nation’s capital.
For Shakib, being able to finally complete his academic education was a dream come true.
“I’ve been playing cricket for a very long time, and ever since I first started, my mum has called to check on my academic progress. The fact that I have finally realized my dream makes me very happy and proud today. I may have accomplished a lot in cricket, but this was always my goal.”
