The death toll rose to 25 on Sunday after another victim of the Gulistan explosion, which had taken place in a seven-story building in the Siddikbazar neighborhood of Dhaka, died.
In the Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery ICU, 32-year-old Md. Hasan, passed away from his wounds at 9:11 am.
According to sources there, almost 12% of his body’s surface area was burned by the explosion.
