The short film ‘Udhao’ starring model and actress Anindita Oni got released on the OTT platform Bioscope on March 28.
Although this film, directed by Rakayet Rabbi, happened to be Oni’s first released film, she has three more films awaiting release, two of which are from West Bengal.
Starting her career as a recitation performer, she later began working in dramas, commercials, modeling, and films. Being a student of arts herself, Oni wants every work of hers to be aesthetic.
She is pleased to play such a story-driven role in the film shot in Mymensingh and Tangail. The character Hanufa has received much applause so far.
Oni said she wants to play versatile characters.
