On Sunday night, police discovered the body of a Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET) student inside a hostel in the city’s Sadhur Mor neighborhood.
Samiur Rahman, a 17th-batch student in the computer science and engineering (CSE) department, was identified as the deceased.
The issue has been acknowledged by the director of RUET’S student welfare office.
Boalia Police stated that after being alerted, police arrived on the scene and recovered the body. For an autopsy, they sent it to the hospital morgue.
