Metropolis Desk-

In the first four months of this year, the United States imported readymade clothing (RMG) worth $25.21 billion from various nations.

According to information from the US Department of Commerce’s Office of Textiles and Garments (OTEXA), local news outlets reported that the US imported garments worth $32.39 billion during this time last year, which is around 22.15 percent more than it imported last year.

RMG shipments from Bangladesh, China, Vietnam, Indonesia, and India to the US have decreased as a result.
