A book collecting 200 speeches from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the Father of the Nation, was launched on Monday by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
The book, named ‘Bhayera Amar’ (My Brothers), was presented at the start of the Cabinet meeting, held in the Prime Minister’s Office.
M Nazrul Islam, the speechwriter for the PM, has gathered, organized, and edited all of the speeches. Each speech’s key points are highlighted in the book and are presented separately.
According to a press release, Bangabandhu, the greatest Bengali to ever live, left behind speeches that are regarded as priceless records not only in Bangladesh but throughout the entire world.
The prime minister stated in the book’s introduction that the younger generation should not only read but also comprehend and put into practice the speeches of Bangabandhu.
The speeches will be a crucial resource for lawmakers, educators, researchers, students, and the next generation, according to the book’s editor.
