His two eldest children will control his business empire-

Former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, who passed away last month, left his 33-year-old girlfriend Marta Fascina 100 million euros in his will, according to The Guardian. More than 6 billion euros are thought to be in the empire of the three-time Italian prime minister.
In March 2020, Ms. Fascina, a representative for Forza Italia, started dating Mr. Berlusconi. Despite not having a valid marriage certificate, Mr. Berlusconi reportedly referred to Ms. Fascina as his “wife” while he was dying.
The 33-year-old has served in the lower house of the Italian parliament since the 2018 general election. She belongs to the Forza Italia party, which was formed by Silvio Berlusconi in 1994, the year he first joined politics.
His two eldest children Marina and Pier Silvio will run his business empire in the interim. The two, who currently hold top positions within the company, will own 53 percent of the Fininvest family ownership.
Additionally, he left Marcello Dell’Utri, a former senator with his Forza Italia party who served time in prison for having ties to the mafia, 30 million euros, along with 100 million euros to his brother Paolo.
As a wealthy media tycoon, businessman, and prime minister who dominated Italian public life for decades, Mr. Berlusconi passed away on June 12 at the age of 86. He was admitted to a hospital in Milan for what his assistants described were planned leukemia-related examinations.
On Tuesday, his will was read aloud in front of his five children and other witnesses. I bequeath the available stock in equal portions to my children Marina and Pier Silvio, he stated in his testament. To my five children Marina, Pier Silvio, Barbara, Eleonora, and Luigi, I bequeath the remainder in equal portions.
He concluded his will by saying, “Thanks, so much love to all of you, your Dad.”
Notably, Mr. Berlusconi held the office of prime minister of Italy for three terms before being disqualified from politics for six years as a result of a tax fraud conviction. The most powerful leader in Italy for the longest period, the larger-than-life figure who once compared himself to Jesus, was also beset by scandal.
He was a senator and a member of the right-wing government of Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni to the end, despite having leukemia.
His life was largely consumed by court battles, and the cases involving his infamous “Bunga Bunga” sex parties, which were frequented by young girls and underage escorts, were only resolved in February 2023. Despite his deteriorating condition, he continued to take pride in his appearance, always dressing sharply.
