Metropolis Report-
The BNP and associate organizations of the Awami League are permitted to stage protests tomorrow at Baitul Mukarram and Nayapaltan, the south gates of the capital.
The requirements include permitting attendees to congregate two hours before the event’s commencement, restricting attendees to designated areas, refraining from gathering on public streets, wrapping up protests in the given amount of time, refraining from anti-state or provocative comments, and refraining from bringing objects like sticks or rods.
The DMP chief claimed there is no substantial threat to the two initiatives, but he issued a warning about a decline in peace and order.
The Awami League’s affiliate and front organizations tried to hold protests near Baitul Mukarram’s south entrance, but the municipal police denied them permission.
