In the last 24 hours (from 8:00 am Sunday to 8:00 am Monday), two people have died of coronavirus in the country. 38 people were diagnosed with Covid-19. One person died of the coronavirus the previous day, and 35 people were diagnosed.
4 thousand 139 samples were tested nationwide in the last 24 hours. The infection rate against testing is 0.92%. The previous day’s infection rate was 0.85%, says the press release issued by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
The two people who died of Covid-19 in the last 24 hours are from Mymensingh.
20 lakh 36 thousand 204 people have been diagnosed with Covid-19 in the country so far. 19 lakh 83 thousand 922 people have recovered from it, and 29 thousand 429 people have died.
