It was from the very outset that Brazil started playing attacking football. Four goals in the first half! What else does one need?
Brazil made it to the quarter-finals of the World Cup by dismantling South Korea 4-1. This time Luka Modric’s Croatia was in front of them, who had lost to Japan in the previous match.
Japan and South Korea, these two teams, entered the last sixteen by dint of mishaps. South Korea beat such a team as Portugal in the previous match.
But Son Heung-min’s team could not stand against Brazil. Their defense broke down in a few minutes. And Brazil scored one goal after another.
The first one was by Vinicius. The second, third, and fourth ones were by Neymar, Richarlison, and Lucas Paquetá, respectively.
