Following the discovery of Fardin Noor Parash’s body in the Shitalakkhya river on November 7, a senior member of the Detective Branch (DB) of the police today stated that it looked like the Buet student committed suicide.
DB Chief held a press briefing in this regard this evening at the DB office.
Three days after going missing, on November 6, Fardin Noor Parash, a third-year civil engineering student, was found dead in the Shitalakkhya in Siddhirganj, Narayanganj.
In response to a complaint made by the deceased’s father, Rampura police detained his acquaintance Amatullah Bushra from Banasree on November 10.
