The e-tron, an electric SUV from Audi, has been introduced in Bangladesh. On January 21, the car was exhibited at the Audi showroom in the Tejgaon district of the capital.
With this step, Audi Bangladesh became the first automaker to formally register electric vehicles under the EV category with the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority, as well as the first automotive brand in Bangladesh to legally launch battery electric vehicles (BEV) (BRTA).
The Matrix LED Headlights, Adaptive Air Suspension, Virtual Cockpit Plus, 20′ Audi Alloy Wheels, Privacy Glass, Panoramic Glass Sunroof, 4 Zone Climate Change Control A/C, Leather Seats, 3600 Surround View Camera, and other equipment are included as standard features on the Audi e-tron.
Audi Bangladesh – Progress Motors Imports Limited (PMIL), the authorized representative of the Audi brand in Bangladesh, will sell the Audi e-tron in that country. Starting at BDT 1.59 cr, the car will be marketed through its Tejgaon dealership, Audi Dhaka.
Through their fully operational, state-of-the-art service center and fast charging hub with Audi-certified Service Advisors and High Voltage Master Technicians, PMIL will also offer complete after-sales support. With the option of a 5-year extended warranty, the Audi e-tron will have a 2-year manufacturer’s guarantee and an 8-year battery warranty.
