The renowned chain of piri-piri chicken restaurants known as Galito’s formally opened its first outlet in Bangladesh on January 22, 2023.

Healthy piri-piri grilled chicken has become increasingly popular among foodies around the nation over the past ten years. The worldwide food chain Galito’s from South Africa, the home of piri-piri, will be introduced to Bangladesh by Tranz Ventures Limited.
Galito’s launched as a brand in 1996 in the South African town of Mbombela. Throughout the course of the following 27 years, Galito’s has progressively extended throughout Africa and beyond. The brand currently has more than 230 franchise locations worldwide.
The flame-grilled chicken that has been marinated in piri-piri flavors for 24 hours is Galito’s main draw. It was originally produced from a particular sort of pepper, lemon juice, and many secret Mozambican spices. The meat is cooked without the use of any oil, making this a low-fat, low-cholesterol meal.
Additionally, the restaurant serves a selection of delectable appetizers and side dishes that are all made with premium, all-natural, and fresh ingredients. Galito’s ensures health and taste while maintaining unparalleled quality.
“Every time I travel to play abroad, I make an effort to try piri-piri chicken. I always eat a wholesome, low-cholesterol diet to keep myself in shape as a player. This kind of food is crucial to our health. This chicken recipe is excellent and healthy, and I think everyone will enjoy it,” Tamim Iqbal, the ODI captain, said.
The only Galito’s outlet now serving up exquisite piri-piri chicken is at Road 61, Gulshan 2, Dhaka (Opposite the Australian Embassy). However, one may anticipate seeing many more branches around Dhaka.
