Two children, Jasmine Malika and Laila Lina, will be in the custody of the Japanese mother, and their mother can take them to Japan as well.
Dhaka Second Additional Assistant Judge and Family Court Judge Durdana Rahman announced the verdict on Sunday (January 29) afternoon.
According to the verdict, the two children will stay with their mother, and the mother can take them to Japan if she wishes to.
The court also dismissed the case filed by Imran Sharif, the father of these two children.
Earlier, after the final hearing on this matter on January 22, Dhaka Second Additional Assistant Judge and Family Court Judge, Durdana Rahman, fixed this day for the verdict.
