At the end of November, the greatest show on Earth, FIFA World Cup 2022 started. It was like a nightmare because both the world cup & exams started on the same date 20th of November, still, I watched almost every match.
To be honest, watching almost every match of the world cup was not boring at all because all the matches were full of thrillers from the beginning, for example, Brazil vs Croatia, Japan vs Spain, Argentina vs Netherlands, and so on.
I missed some of the group-stage matches because of exams. But luckily the day my exams finished; the knockout round also started exactly on the same day. So, I have been able to watch all the knockout games.
I went to watch one of Brazil’s matches with one of my relatives on the big screen in the park though I am an Argentine fan. As everyone knows the craze for football in Bangladesh, nothing was different in the park, there were around 300 to 400 people, and they were crazy, they were jumping, shouting, & cheering for their favorite team, it was an awesome experience.
Hearing the commentary on the big screen touched my heart. I think every football fan should watch a match on the big screen with a large audience around at least once in life.
Watching late-night football matches of my favorite team with my family has been very joyful. I am very much excited to see the final of the greatest show on Earth. Hopefully, Argentina will win the world cup for the third time in history. As an Argentine fan, I am waiting to see Lionel Messi (G.O.A.T) lifting the world cup. At the same time, I am also feeling sad as well because this is the last world cup of so many legends of the game such as Ronaldo, Messi, Modric, Suarez, Muller, and many more.
