Bangladesh Open University (BAUBI) organized a Niche-2 education program for interested Bangladeshis living abroad in Italy on June 1.
The program will provide admission opportunities in the Humanities and Business Education streams, and online tutorial classes and exam sessions will be arranged on weekends.
Ambassador Md Shamim Ahsan and senior officials of the embassy were present at the opening ceremony.
Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Syed Humayun Akhtar expressed hope that the program will help increase the confidence of expatriate Bangladeshis and play a role in the Prime Minister’s development plan ‘Smart Bangladesh’.
