Mohammad Mohsin, a former top-level football player, is afflicted with financial struggle, physical disease, and land dispossession. The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is standing by his side.
BCB chief executive Nizamuddin Chowdhury has promised legal assistance to recover the land and Mohsin’s treatment.
Mohsin was a great goalkeeper during his playing career and was the first-choice goalkeeper for the national team for more than 10 years.
He returned to the country in 2014 after facing tough family and financial realities, losing his mental balance and spending his days almost destitute.
