The BNP mass gathering started at 10:20 am on Saturday at Golapbagh field in the capital.
The capital’s Golapbagh ground and surrounding areas have been filled with the slogans of the leaders and activists since dawn. On Saturday morning, it was seen at the rally venue that the activists were coming to the rally wearing various colored t-shirts and caps.
Many police and RAB members in white clothes and uniforms are on duty in and around the Golap Bagh ground. Besides this, RAB helicopters’ surveillance is over the gathering to strengthen security.
On Friday, Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) allowed BNP to hold a mass rally at Golapbagh ground in the capital on 26 conditions. BNP leaders and activists started coming to this ground in groups after getting permission for the rally.
