Jahangir Alam Chowdhury, the Home Advisor, announced the establishment of a powerful investigation panel to determine the cause of the Secretariat fire.
He declared at the Secretariat on Thursday morning, “Directives have been given for the formation of a high-powered investigation committee.”
When asked about the number of members, he responded that there could be five, seven, nine, or eleven.
“Until we receive the report from the investigation committee, we are unable to confirm the cause of the fire.”
At 8:01 a.m., the home advisor reported that the fire was under control.
