According to the Bangladesh Meteorological Department, Bangladesh is no longer at risk from Cyclone Mocha because it is moving closer to Myanmar.
At noon, BMD director Mohammad Azizur Rahman told the media that the risk to Bangladesh had decreased. Regions in Myanmar and its southern region are anticipated to be more vulnerable.
In Bangladesh, the risk has significantly decreased, Rahman stated.
