Stocks extended their losing streak for the third consecutive day as investors maintained a bearish trading trend today.
The DSEX, the benchmark index of the Dhaka Stock Exchange, fell by 1.01 points or 0.01 percent, closing at 5,150.86.
A total of 181 issues advanced, 131 declined, and 84 remained unchanged.
The total turnover amounted to Tk 351.11 crore.
Emerald Oil Industries saw the highest gain of 10 percent, while shares of Renwick Jajneswar & Co (Bd) dropped by over 5 percent.
Meanwhile, the CSE All Share Price Index declined by 0.1 percent, shedding 21 points to settle at 14,384.92.
