In the Greek city of Larissa, a train accident claimed the life of a Bangladeshi expatriate, Md. Idris, 31, a native of Chattogram’s Hathazari upazila.
On February 28, a passenger train and a freight train were involved in an accident. Jamil and Bachchu, two of his pals, said a DNA test allowed them to identify his remains.
His death was officially declared on Friday night, according to the deceased’s family. The accident left at least 57 people dead and numerous others hurt.
