Mehidy Hasan Miraz of Bangladesh was selected for the ICC Men’s ODI Team of the Year for 2022.

With some outstanding performances, Mehedi Hasan Miraz emerged as one of ODI cricket’s most reliable all-rounders in 2022, according to the report.
Miraz improved his batting while maintaining his strong bowling, frequently saving Bangladesh from difficult circumstances.
His best performance was 4/29, and he picked up 24 wickets in 15 games at an average of 28.20. The article further stated that he amassed 330 runs at a fantastic average of 66, including one century and one fifty.
Travis Head from Australia, Shai Hope from the West Indies, Shreyas Iyer from India, Tom Latham from New Zealand, Sikandar Raza from Zimbabwe, Alzarri Joseph from the West Indies, Mohammed Siraj from India, and Trent Boult from New Zealand make up the remaining 10 players in the team.
