Uncertainty has been brought about in the Bangladeshi music scene by the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB)’s indefinite ban on all concerts at their location.
The choice was made in response to an incident that occurred at the “Dhaka Summer Con” festival, where chaos broke out because there were no tickets available.
The prohibition has upset music promoters, who are currently searching for other locations for upcoming concerts.
The restriction raises questions about the future of sizable performances in the nation, especially with at least 26 concerts booked through September 30.
