Someone present in the mortuary when popular actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s body was brought in for the post-mortem has come forward to claim that the death was not a suicide, as was stated in the official cause of death, but instead was a murder. This information has only recently come to light, two years after the actor’s passing.

In a subsequent interview, Mortuary employee Roopkumar Shah witnessed the post-mortem on Sushant’s remains and stated that it “should have been videotaped.” He allegedly stated that the actor’s body had signs of “beatings” and “injuries.”

On June 14, 2020, Sushant’s body was discovered at home. Even though suicide had been officially ruled as the cause of death, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is still looking into the incident.
