The encyclopedia “Mujibpedia” on Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the father of the nation, was unveiled by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
Chief Editor Kamal Chowdhury, Editor Farid Kabir, Executive Editor Abu Md, Delwar Hossain, Chairman Aziz Al Qaiser, and Managing Director of City Bank Limited Masrur Arefin were also present for the launching ceremony at the prime minister’s office.
The encyclopedia accurately describes Bangabandhu’s political and professional life as well as his fight for Bangladesh’s independence.
The book, written by History and Culture Circle Bangladesh Limited, comprises 591 entries and 750 old pictures. 97 authors, scholars, historians, and journalists worked on the project.
