In Pabna’s Santhia upazila this morning, a postal department vehicle and a CNG-powered auto-rickshaw crashed, leaving two persons dead and five others hurt.
The two deceased, who were both about 30 years old, were not immediately recognized.
The accident happened on the Dhaka-Pabna highway in Somashnari village at about 9:00 am. Two auto-rickshaw passengers died instantly, while five others were hurt. A case filing is currently being prepared, said police.
