Pathaan, starring Bollywood Baadshah Shah Rukh Khan, will hit Bangladeshi theaters on May 12. The censor board clearance was the final step in the release process for the Indian movie.
The release of Pathaan appears to finally fulfill the long-held desire of Bangladeshi cinema owners to show Hindi movies.
Anonno Mamun of Action-Cut Entertainment, the company in charge of importing Pathaan, told the media Pathaan will be shown in 41 theaters nationwide, with 198 shows per day. The first and second days’ tickets almost sold out.
