As a deadly explosion occurred yesterday at a structure next to the BRTC bus counter in Gulistan, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina expressed her profound shock and grief at the casualties.
She is currently in the Qatari city of Doha, where she will leave for her house this afternoon after attending the UN Conference on Least Developed Countries.
According to sources in the PM’s press wing, in a message of condolence, the PM prayed for the departed persons’ eternal rest and requested that the relevant authorities take immediate and necessary action to ensure better treatment for the injured.
