Rubaba Dowla, the Country Managing Director of Oracle Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan has been appointed as an independent director of the country’s premier stock exchange, Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).
The DSE had submitted a list of 18 persons in the BSEC for choosing six from them as the bourse’s independent directors by the stock market regulator.
However, the BSEC choose four persons as independent directors from the list, said a press release.
