Superstar all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan’s appearance on campus last night for a game of badminton was a precious winter gift for cricket lovers at Dhaka University.
Shakib left his home at night and traveled to Dhaka University around midnight after playing a crucial part in Bangladesh’s remarkable one-wicket victory yesterday at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium.
When the cricket icon appeared, the students were elated. Around midnight, he went to Hakim Chattar, played for around 10 minutes, and left.
